Description

With the Isotex S39 floor slabs in wood cement inclined structures are created for cold environments such as cellars and garages in buildings, guaranteeing the building high performance in terms of thermal and sound insulation. The Isotex S39 slab type is used for lights up to 6 m. Thermal transmittance U = 0.24 – 0,28 W/m2K, Acoustic insulation, airborne noise Rw = 60 dB, Acoustic insulation underfoot Ln,w = 53 dB

All Isotex products are made using top-quality materials: 100% recycled fir wood, cement, iron oxide, and water, resulting in healthy products with no additives or chemical substances. The wood is mineralised with the use of a natural mineral that makes it inert, therefore resistant to fire (REI240), weather and parasites. Isotex floor slabs have CE marking according to EN 15037 mandatory from 01-01-2011.

5 cm – (0,016 x 2.500) = 40 kg/m²

Weight of panel produced in plant

n° 4 x 48 = 156 + 40 = 196 kg/m²

Volume of structural concrete

0,03 (filling of wood cement elements) + 0,04 (base thickness cm 4) = 0,07 mc/m²

Weight of structural concrete

0,07 x 2.400 = 168 kg/m²

Total weight of the completed panel

40 + 156 + 168 = 364 kg/m²
