WOOD CEMENT BLOCKS

Isotex wood cement blocks are eco-sustainable, have excellent thermo-acoustic insulation performance, are anti-seismic and fire-resistant (REI120). Positioning is dry, laying is very quick and simple, reducing construction costs. Complementary and special blocks allow the elimination of thermal bridges. Isotex products have CE marking and all the certifications required by current regulations required in construction.

The entire range of Isotex formwork blocks features an eco-sustainable insulating insert in BASF’s Neopor® BMBcert with 15% recycled material (ISOTEX GREEN). To further reduce CO2 emissions, you can request the version of the Isotex Block with 100% recycled insulation insert (ISOTEX TOTAL GREEN).

Elimination of thermal and acoustic bridges

Isotex wood cement flooring is used for horizontal or inclined structures. They have high thermal-acoustic insulation performance. Normally, Isotex floors exceed the walls made with Isotex blocks by 3-4 cm in order to give continuity to the support and eliminate acoustic and thermal bridges. Isotex floors consist of pre-assembled panels in concrete wood elements, with dimensions of 100x cm (20-25-30-39-49), maximum lights up to 6.5 or 7 metres, with horizontal and vertical milling to eliminate thermal and acoustic bridges. The wood cement floor elements are placed side by side using reinforced beams and concrete and then adapted to the centimetre in both width and length depending on the project. The floor must be completed on site with integrative top surface reinforcements, distribution network and composite concrete casting. The Isotex floor elements can also be supplied as individual elements to be positioned on site. With wood cement floors and formwork blocks, Isotex provides a complete and extremely competitive building system on the market, which guarantees maximum fire safety, anti-seismic, sustainability and a high degree of energy efficiency.

WOOD CEMENT INTERNAL PARTITION

Isotex internal partitions of 10 cm are an effective solution to create dividing walls between the interiors of the apartments. They have excellent acoustic insulation performance of 46 dB with the single partition and 54 dB with the double partition. There is no transmission of noise from one room to another and it greatly improves living comfort

It also has REI120 fire resistance. For the manufacturer, wood cement partitions are also a very performing and ecological alternative to other traditional solutions, such as brick or plasterboard partitions.
