HDIII 30/7 Wood Cement

HDIII 30/7 wood cement formwork block with Neopor® BMBcert insulation insert from BASF

The Isotex wood cement formwork blocks are insulated with Neopor® BMBcert insulating insert from BASF (15% recycled or 100% recycled). They are blocks with high thermal insulation suitable for the construction of external load-bearing walls with excellent performance: fire resistance, seismic resistance and energy efficiency. The supporting formwork blocks are laid dry: on each row the horizontal reinforcement is inserted into the appropriate lunettes, up to a height of 6 row (1.5 metres). At this point the walls are completely filled with concrete. The vertical reinforcement is always inserted in conjunction with the concrete casting. This type of block is standard and therefore ready for deliveryREI 120 fire resistance – Reaction to fire B, s1-d0 – facade fire reaction (Lepir2 test) Acoustic insulation in class I- Energy class NZEB/ZEB (0 emissions).

Description

The Isotex HDIII 30/7 formwork block is used to create external load-bearing walls. Inside the formwork, there is an insulating insert in eco-sustainable EPS, made of Neopor® BMBcert by BASF up to 100% recycled (Biomass). It has a thickness of 30 cm and a continuous insulating insert of 7 cm, with a concrete cast thickness of 15 cm, as per technical standards. Thermal transmittance U=0.34 W/m²K. The block has the exclusive features of the entire Isotex product range. The wood is mineralised with a natural mineral that makes it inert, therefore resistant to fire (REI120), parasites and atmospheric agents. Reaction to fire B,s1-d0. Excellent facade fire behaviour (Lepir2 Test).

Sustainability certification:

  • Green building ANAB/ICEA
  • Environmental Declaration of Type III Products (EPD/FDES)
  • ReMade in Italy certification for Isotex Total Green (100% recycled) and Isotex Green (15% recycled) insulation elements, consisting of Neopor® BMBcert from BASF.
